Geoff Randall
Geoff is a senior specialist Private Client Solicitor with over 20 years’ experience in Private Client law. Geoff is a full member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) since 2009 and became a member of the ATT (Association of Tax Technicians) in 2016, winning the Kimmer Medal in November 2015 for the highest mark in the Inheritance Tax, Trusts and Estates paper.
After qualifying as a solicitor in 1999 Geoff has spent almost a decade working in private practice in Oxfordshire. He was awarded a Masters degree in International Business Law in 2006 at London Metropolitan University and also worked for over 7 years for a West London law firm where he was a partner.
Geoff provides almost 20 years’ worth of legal experience in private client law.
He focuses on the administration of Estates, having successfully advised on hundreds of probate and estate matters. A key area of expertise is providing Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning advice.
He also prepares Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, and advises on and administers trusts. Geoff places great emphasis on taking a long-term, practical view whilst keeping advice simple and straight forward. Geoff has a well deserved reputation as a friendly and trusted adviser.
